What we get asked about plastic and acrylic
Plastic or acrylic: which one do I need?
Acrylic is a rigid plastic with optical clarity: ideal for display cases, bases and glorifiers. Other plastics such as PET come into play for cost, weight or resistance. The brief decides; we advise over a physical sample.
Is a plastic display recyclable?
It depends on the polymer and the design. We work with recycled and recyclable options such as PET and design for material separation at the end of the campaign. Our environmental practice is documented on the eco page.
Do you make custom display cases?
Yes: made-to-measure acrylic display cases, with a wood, MDF or metal base and lighting if the campaign calls for it. We validate a physical mock-up before producing the run.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
From 100 units for floor displays and 200 for counter displays. The usual lead time is two to three months from design approval, depending on complexity and volume.
